Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items e.i V- Series Coolers). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom made to order items or gift cards.

Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need a different item, the fastest way is to return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original parts and packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose either:

• A refund to your original payment method, or
• Store credit (gift card), issued once the item is confirmed to be in acceptable condition
