By using this website and/or placing an order with Swole Industries, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Products

All items are made to order and may include custom designs, names, or color variations. Once production has started, orders cannot be modified or canceled. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to errors, fraud concerns, or production limits.

Production & Shipping

Production time is 7–14 business days. Shipping typically takes 3–8 business days after production. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high order volume.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Custom or personalized items may have limited return eligibility. Refunds are issued after inspection and may be provided as store credit or to the original payment method.

Custom Item Variations

Because products are made to order, slight variations in color, finish, or design may occur and are not considered defects.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Customers must contact the shipping carrier for delivery issues.

Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, and product concepts are the property of Swole Industries and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Swole Industries is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
