All items are made to order and require production time before shipping.

Production Time:
Please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be made and processed.

Shipping Time:
Once production is complete, standard shipping takes 3–8 business days depending on your location.

Delays:

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you experience an issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

Holiday & Peak Season Delays:
During holidays, promotions, or peak order periods, production and shipping times may be slightly longer than usual due to increased demand.
